These are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy, Rorange is not responsible for stolen, missing or damaged packages.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time, all orders are processed within 3-5 days required. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Delivery Estimates Shipping Rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delays in delivery may occasionally occur
You will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking once your order has been delivered. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For customs, duties and taxes, Rorange.ca is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order.
Please note: All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damage
Rorange.ca is not responsible for products damaged or lost in shipment, if you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Our return or refund policy
We do not accept any exchanges or returns and no cancellations.
