Shipping Policy

These are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy, Rorange is not responsible for stolen, missing or damaged packages.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time, all orders are processed within 3-5 days required. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Delivery Estimates Shipping Rates. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can sometimes occur
You will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking once your order has been delivered. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For customs, duties and taxes, Rorange.ca is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order.
Please note: All costs imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Rorange.ca is not responsible for products damaged or lost in shipment, if you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Our return or refund policy
We do not accept any exchanges or returns and no cancellations.

Processing time
We make all products in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. Sometimes your order may take a few days while we pack a new batch of an item.
Our packages are usually shipped very quickly. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays during promotions or unforeseen situations. Please note that Rorange does not run on weekends and public holidays.
3-8 days required for regular orders depending on location, may be longer for some countries.,
7-20 days expected for bulk orders.
Please do not email us regarding tracking numbers until we are past our processing time! Rorange is working hard to complete and ship your orders as soon as possible. We thank you for your love, for your support, for your patience and your understanding.
